Coffee, Conversation, and Crafting
This is an open time to drop-in and work on your crafting projects, have some coffee/tea/treats, and enjoyable conversation. Come and go as your schedule allows.

Meditation Mondays
Join us for a 10-15 minute Christian meditation each Monday via our Heritage United Church YouTube channel. We hope this quiet time helps you focus on your breathing, on connecting your breathing to your body and emotions, and finding comfort in the presence of God.
