Meditation Mondays
Join us for a 10-15 minute Christian meditation each Monday via our Heritage United Church YouTube channel. We hope this quiet time helps you focus on your breathing, on connecting your breathing to your body and emotions, and finding comfort in the presence of God.
Meditation Mondays concludes on June 29, 2026. All of the meditations can still be accessed via our YouTube channel (link above). We hope you have enjoyed this offering. Peace to you.
Coffee, Conversation, and Crafting
This is an open time to drop-in and work on your crafting projects, have some coffee/tea/treats, and enjoyable conversation. Come and go as your schedule allows.
Thursdays from 10 am-1 pm at Heritage.
