Meet Our Team
Student Minister
Karen has been a member of The United Church of Canada for many years and brings experience from various roles in the church, and her prior career in Human Resources. She is currently completing her Masters of Divinity at Emmanuel College in Toronto and anticipates graduating in the spring of 2026. She is with Heritage 20 hours per week providing weekly worship services and pastoral care until May 31, 2026.
Director of Music
We are very pleased to have Jennifer Caines as our Music Director. Jennifer brings a wealth of music ministry experience and expertise to Heritage.
Praise Team
At Heritage United we are blessed with a talented group of volunteers who share their musical talents with us. We have electric guitar players, a french hornist, electronic keyboard, grand piano, organ and singers.
Music too is a little bit of everything. We love our traditional hymns found in our own United Church hymn books. We also love an old gospel hymn, classical pieces and there is always something contemporary. A little bit for everyone.
